Birds Nest Books began over twenty years ago, when founder Betty BIRD Anderson purchased the stock of an existing store. Betty, with her partner & book buyer Bob Anderson, soon turned this small purchase into Montana's finest out-of-print bookstore. Bird's Nest Books moved to it's current location at 219 N. Higgins 15 years ago and is now owned and operated by her son John and her daughter-in-law Jolie. Pictured here is Betty "BIRD" Anderson explaining about the one that got away.
